Molds that's what I was thinking. Let the opposite team throw all the balls on your side then with the last few seconds send them all to the other side
Do we know how the ratings are doing this season?
There's only been one episode.
There's also a thread for the ratings.
I wonder if this is the night where they had to bribe the cast with McDonalds and free drinks in order to get them to have fun.
No This wasn't that night...
And this challenge was pretty bad.. the rules didn't allow for fair game play.. the next challenge is better though. Promise.
Ha this season is starting to verge on terrible already. I'm starting to see the appeal of the veterans that always do challenges.
The mix just wasn't good this season

Good to know
Nothing you guys could have done about this one--the rules just weren't thought out well

I see it as a failure to balance things out. Some people are cool to see every once and awhile, but having the same people (often a majority) challenge after challenge has caught up with them (MTV). The end result is this season.

I can't even deal with this kid.
Townie, if you read this please tell CT that I humbly request that he smash Frank's head and eat it.

Some people are fine seeing all the time--just depends on who you like and don't like. They need to do a better job bringing in "new players"
For example...Devyn & Lacey are new to challenges but they were brought in with an existing team. 3 brand new teams and the Fresh Meat disaster is the problem. Losing Austin early will definitely hurt ratings IMO. I'm down to about 10 people I know

There are too many people around still. Tons of people we didn't even see this episode. Maybe once the numbers get down things will get more interesting and there can be real storylines and such.
Things might work out for St. Thomas...unaligned isn't the worst place to be. Lay low and let the two alliances kill each other.
Haha I like the intro.
I thought the intro was pretty good, I like how they used the sound clips from their original season.
Minus Fresh Meat, because they didn't have one. That was just an awkward clip of them saying "FRESH MEAT GRRRRR" or something like that.
We've seen these things before, just with different people. There could be a change up in the game and alliances. We see Vegas vs. SD in the trailer and they're "friends" now aren't they?
The downfall of this episode was the wasteful mission and poor rules, bottom line.
This was a pretty good episode. Frank was annoying, but honestly what did we expect? The whole "Rookie Revolution" thing is kind of weird because for the past several challenges its been the same people winning. I can't help but wonder what it would be like if there were a Key West team on this challenge.
Hm, this episode made me feel weird about this season. Seeing the montage of people staging their matches was odd to me. I know it's happened before, but this season sort of seems to have the challenges as an afterthought. Still, I love the cast, but I think I might actually want some of those vets (lol, not the "vets" on this season. It's hilarious that they're being called vets) to add some serious competition.
Oh, and I love the intro. Hearing all the sound bytes from the seasons and watching the video cuts from each season's intro brought me back. But I laughed at the Fresh Meat.
I think this season is entertaining and I like all the new blood. It started to get pathetic seeing Paula, Kenny, Evan do these where they are nearing 35. And Wes he used to be one of my favorite players but now he comes in, is an easy scapegoat and then sent home early. Lame. I don't like the San Diego dominance but I like seeing Zach and Ashley compete. I would have rather seen Nate and Priscilla in this season so there wouldn't be so many new people. But overall I like that after season and season of people complaining about not having any new people BMP put new people but they still complain.
I actually felt bad for Trey. Zach and Frank are bullies and according to CaraMaria they bashed everyone. I can't stand the two of them one bit. BRING JOHNNY BANANAS BACK. He will put them in their place. I miss all the vets.
I'm rooting for Team Vegas and Nola.

They could have taken that "Fresh Meat mate!" soundbyte from the preview show done by Mark and TJ

They just redirected their anger for each other towards everyone else. Explains a lot.
I will say though that if this **** stays like this, I never thought I'd see the day but I may have to bump up The Island from worst season to second worst season
Meh, I liked the episode. I still like this cast better than any of any challenge in the past 4 years or so. However, I will say I was disappointed in the execution of the challenge. I love the idea of it, but it should have been set up differently so that the rules were more fair. But on the plus side, yay for McKenzie winning! Boo for McKenzie and Nany's oil wrestling to last so briefly.
But still, I love the cast and I'm still digging the season. It's only episode 2. With all that said, I do still hate Frank. I'm only human afterall.
