I don't. I like change. Some change could do these shows good. Not serious changes, but change the little things, and improve on stuff.
I have a funny feeling that the challenge will become a new MTV Challenge. People from all MTV shows can compete like what they do on VH1.

I don't know Talpa seems to cast crazy people LOL...I don't think I want to watch a Real World season with people like Eric (BB:6) or Ronnie (BB:11). This will be interesting. Does this mean I have to go to Talpa site to audition for Real World season 24?
that would be my best guess!

Its not like people from Americas Most Smartest Model, Tough Love, I want to work for Diddy, etc. go on I Love Money. So its not really any different.
Oh Okay! I don't really know too much about the VH1 shows. I thought they all did I love money!
i checked out the BMP website, everything is blank. Are they going to take down the site all together?

Whoa whoa whoa. Nothing is going to change right now. Different ownership and different management. There will be a press statement issued before any major changes happen. Just sit back for now.
thats weird, I can see the top banner of all the shows but theres no text below in the main area, its just black
I "only" watch about 5 reality tv shows: Bad Girls Club, Real World, The Challenge, Jersey Shore (which I’m gonna stop), and the Kardashians (Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloé and Lamar, Kourtney and Kim take New York, Kourtney and Khloé take Miami - but they all count as one show because they're about the same people, but at different times of their lives), which is not that much because usually 2 shows maximum air at the same time. Anyway, I just realized that 4/5 (or 7/8) are made by Bunim-Murray. Wow.

PR Trivia: -One of the real working producers for PR got her start on the challenges. -Heidi Klum's former nanny to her children is a Road Rules and challenge vet.
Was the nanny Jillian? I thought I saw her one day (I think last year?) and my girlfriends were amused I was more excited about figuring out if the pretty girl I saw was Jillian than seeing Heidi Klum across the street. It was a big ole entourage.

So, BMP was bought by another company. Does that mean that that casting people will change ? Like they will judge people to be on RW or Challenge or whatever based on the Big Brother criteria. Im sure they are similar but im pretty sure that there are some differences.

Here is the lead of the press announcement at the the time:
Banijay Entertainment acquires Bunim-Murray Productions Paris/Los Angeles, CA (March 26, 2010) – Banijay Entertainment announced today the acquisition of Bunim-Murray Productions (BMP), one of the leading independent producers in North America. Based in Los Angeles, BMP is widely credited as being one of the pioneers of the reality television genre with its introduction in 1992 of its hit series The Real World. Bunim-Murray Founder, Jonathan Murray remains Chairman and will continue to foster the company’s creative development. In addition, Bunim-Murray President Gil Goldschein will continue to spearhead corporate initiatives and the tactical growth of the business. The company will continue to operate with the moniker Bunim-Murray Productions out of its offices in Los Angeles.
Banijay - News - Banijay Entertainment acquires Bunim-Murray Productions But now to your real question -- Sasha Alpert is the Senior Vice President for BMP Films and casting. When her bio was last updated by BMP, it read "Alpert has cast 17 seasons of THE REAL WORLD, seasons 7 and 8 of PROJECT RUNWAY, all seasons of THE BAD GIRLS CLUB, STARTING OVER, THE SIMPLE LIFE and many others." I've not noticed any change in casting over the past two years to suggest Banijay has had much influence. BMP continues to make money and knows the US market. Banijay, as a European entity, has no similar US market experience. Smart execs don't mess with the cash cow.
I hate John de Mol, leave The Real World alone please! I don't like the guy. I'm from Holland so I know what he is like.
