I don't think either of them should get them. Britney's an emotionally unstable mess, and K Fed is a pothead. Would he REALLY care and be fighting this hard if Britney was say, another poor back up dancer??? They're both losers.

Maybe foster parents should be considered and a trust fund for the children's welfare be created to assist their future should there be a need to legally separate them from their parents, permanently.
