Britney Holds Kids Hostage For 4 Hours

I caught a glimpse of this on the news today. Wow. You're right, she's lost those kids now. At least if I was the judge I'd grant K-Fed full custody right now.

I really honestly think that Britney needs some very serious psychiatric help. I think that she is mentally hanging on by a thread and has no grasp on reality.

I think that is completely true Katie, and I do hope that she does get the help she desperately needs. I'm sure the most balanced person would have a hard time coping with what has been her life since pop-stardom. Right now I think her kids' welfare should come first and she needs to take care of herself and straighten herself out and then fight for them back. It's sad when a mom loses her kids but she is a danger to them right now.

My biggest fear is that K-Fed has no real concern for the kids, just for the money that comes with them. He is fighting the "I love the kids and want sole custody" fight, but you have to wonder if it has more to do with the cash and if they will be nanny raised with Mr Leech.

I used to think it was only about the money with him and custody, but now I'm not so sure. Maybe he knew first hand how fragile Brit's mental state really was from first hand experience. And on perez it showed that last night as his bodyguard drove the kid home from the hospital, Kevin followed them in his truck and drove like a madman to block the paps from trying to pass him or get close to the bodyguards car to get a shot of the kids after their tramatic night. So to me, that shows something.

I don't know K-Fed. I just know that he's doing what needs to be done for those boys. Keeping things low key. Is it a directive from his lawyers or PR people? I have no idea. From this vantage point, I have no choice but to side with him. He is doing what a Dad who loves their children, is supposed to be doing. It could be all an act, and Brit may be misunderstood and it is all a conspiracy to prove her unfit. I can only go on what we see. But I really think the girl needs to commit herself and get her life under control. I feel really outraged, and guilty...it's like sitting in awe watching a train wreck. I hate that we (and I mean the public) perpetrate all this buzz and pushes the press to get more and more intrusive into the celeb's life. My God, have we learned nothing from the death of Princess Diana?????? As a rule I don't buy tabloid rags, or watch tabloid tv shows. I hate ET with a passion....but I admit I watch TMZ. I have no idea why I can stomach it and not the others. I think it's the humor factor. If you're gonna do stupid stuff in public then yeah, I don't care who you are, it's damn funny that you got caught on film. I just feel that if Brit doesn't wake up and start picking herself up...it's only going to get worse from here.

I agree with you, I have been thinking about that a lot today. For the sake of those poor children, I don't know when Brit should be allowed to even visit her kids again. I can't imagine how confusing and upsetting last night's stand off with the police must have been for a toddler. And I feel guilty, because I go to the gossip websites and watch E News and stuff, and like you said, I fuel the fire. There needs to be some kind of decency. For example, I read on tmz today an article about how the photographers clambered on the back of the ambulance she was in to get a shot through the back window. That is just sickening to me. And then in the same article, it stated how Britney flipped off the paps when she was unloaded from the ambulance to the hospital. THe next line was, 'has she no shame'?? THE SAME WEBSITE THAT PRINTED ALL THE PHOTOS OF HER TAKEN THROUGH THE BACK WINDOW OF HER AMBULANCE ASKS IF SHE HAS NO SHAME??? You have GOTTA be kidding me! Britney is in no position to be any kind of a mother to her boys at this point. I don't know what's going on with her. But she has no grasp on reality, none. The girl has been crying for help for a year, and I really hope she gets it, and is willing to be helped at this time.

So do you guys know who that Sam Lufti (or something close to that name) guy that has been hanging around Brit for the past few months and who is now supposedly her manager?? Well, it seems that him and that papparrazzi boyfriend of Britney's have been with Britney all the time lately. I was thinking what an odd threesome they make and how it all seems kind of weird, and then it dawned on me on what weirded me out about it. It's the Anna Nicole sitation all over again. Troubled famous chic. Sam is like the shady Howard Stern hanger oner. And the papparrazzi Brit is dating is like Larry Birkhead (who was also a photographer.) Just a thought that struck me as bizarre in the ongoing Britney soap opera. Let's just hope this time things end better for the troubled pop star then they did for Anna Nicole.

I do believe this chicks cheese has finially sliped off her cracker.those kids deserve much better then all of this. I am absolutely amazed that K-Fed is coming out of this as a stand up guy. Who would have thought such an outcome was even probable 1 year ago? Is this Public Relations or is it real? I still have my suspicions, but he very well might be a genuine person under all of that glitz and maybe he does have the best interests of the kids at heart. ...and then there is the other 50% probability that he hired some great PR people and a couple awesome lawyers who are guiding him through the necessary steps to get to mommas bank account.
