I really think the judge should create a little break for Brit to get her head screwed back on her shoulders. Maybe, because of her boozing past and present, request rehab/counseling for more parental rights? - [B]a good 90-120 days would be a great start![/B] She is just such a mess, it is really a danger for her to even be in close proximity to her kids...

I am just a tad sick of hearing about Brit Brit. I know she's an unstable nutcase, and I think she needs some serious daily therapy to become a proper parent. But as my mom (who was a social worker for Division of Family Services for 33 years) says, there are thousands of unfit mothers who retain custody of their kids all the time, because the court always favors natural mothers. That's no excuse, it's just reality. Britney's case just gets more attention because... well, she's Britney.
