Big Brother 12: Episode 5 - Discussion
The nomination ceremony takes place.
Hey, maybe she just doesn't like pants...no harm no foul, right?
I'm going to guess that Rachel isn't going to nominate based on strategy, but on who she doesn't like. I'm hoping Brendon can talk some sense into her. I think her best options are either Hayden or Enzo.
I think her best options are either Hayden or Enzo.
My first two choices. Get rid of the male threats in the group. Monet & Britney on the side as back door options. Of course, Enzo is not the sharpest tool in the shed, so he's the best pawn and maybe toss Monet if Hayden wins POV.
I think Lane could still move (across lines.) However, I am not watching the feeds.
I think Lane could still move (across lines.) However, I am not watching the feeds.
I have the feeds, but I really haven't gotten into them this year. I was hoping the mole would make it interesting and once we found out who they were I would watch the feeds more, but considering the mole is out of the picture that hasn't happened. They really haven't shown Monet, but Britney would be another good option.
If like Britney soooo self imploded, I might laugh. I know that is like sooooo wrong, but like, I'd soooo like to see abnormal physics in action.
Could Rachel really be that stupid?
Could Rachel really be that stupid?
Sadly, yes. Brendon is the only hope for this game. He needs to take control.
Could Rachel really be that stupid?
She just might. Although she says she is a chemist. Although last year Michele was a neuroscientist and didn't seem to have a really great memory.

Wow, CBS is really selling Hawaii 5-0. Practically every commercial break and pop ups during the show. Edit: On a side note, the reason there even was a Magnum PI was because CBS had a huge complex of sets in Hawaii for Hawaii 5-O (1969-1980) and they wanted to make use of them.
Shocked by Matt. I'm really thinking were witnessing Ronnie 2.0.
"It reminded me of Fresh Prince of Bel Air!" "This is like Sanford and Son!" Kathy really showed her age on that one...
Wow, CBS is really selling Hawaii 5-0. Practically every commercial break and pop ups during the show.
Tell me about it, all the shows I watch on CBS, including BB seem to only showcase this show. I may just watch it because Daniel Dae Kim from Lost is in it :D
I can't handle Rachel
Tell me about it, all the shows I watch on CBS, including BB seem to only showcase this show. I may just watch it because Daniel Dae Kim from Lost is in it :D
I'm going to watch because I like the theme song, heh.
I can't handle Rachel
I can't believe Brendon can. I personally don't care for her, but I wanted her to win HOH because I hated last week's.
I can't handle Rachel
She is definitely the anti-hero, but still better than many other choices at this point. I am against the "brigade" so I have to pull for her...this is how it always goes for me...
I am anti-brigade also, but I want to hit mute every time Rachel is shown.
I am anti-brigade also, but I want to hit mute every time Rachel is shown.
I am with you there.
Aww...they revealed it. So unlike CBS. I figured they'd milk this into next season...
I was really expecting Rachel to come bounding out into the backyard saying "Hey everyone!!! It's time for the NOMINATION ceremony!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Hayden impressed me this episode. How he managed to stay off the block and save Matt after that massive blunder still boggles me.
Hayden impressed me this episode. How he managed to stay off the block and save Matt after that massive blunder still boggles me.
Brendon seems to like him...I am hoping he is the backdoor option.
Brendon at least to me seems a little neive. This could work to the brigades advantage. This week at least to me was more telling of the brigades strength then last as this week they don't have power but are able to convince those with power to do what they want.
I always thought it'd be a smart strategy for a girl to try to get all the other girls out. Cause no way in hell the guys would want to stay in a house with all guys. If Rachel gets rid of another girl this week it'd only be 4 left. Idk, just food for thought
Hayden impressed me this episode. I'm pretty sure it was always Rachel's intention to nominate Britney and Monet...really for personal reasons more than anything else.
Wow, this was a terrible episode, yet entertaining. I say terrible because I cannot STAND Rachel, and she nominated two of my three favorite people. There's always POV though. :( And yay, Kristen gets screentime!
"A birthmark is where you were stabbed in your previously life" -Kristin This made me laugh so hard :D
Kristen looks like Monica Seles to me!? Anyone else feel that?? Anyways I do not like how people were just throwing Andrew's name around. He seems like a really stand up guy. I know its a game and all but damn. Rachel does seem very easily manipulated. Like Britney and Monet were feeding her such BULL and I honestly think she was believing at least some of it.
