I don't. I love the Challenge part when it was 30-60 minute episodes. Now the missions run time is longer than how long an entire episode used to be with commercials. Watching people do sodoku is not entertaining. No one would pay to watch that in the real world, so you can't call this the 5th sport. Everyone on here and social media agrees it was terrible tv so you can argue night and day because you need that but it doesn't change facts it was bad tv and not a good way to retain audiences.
Love island is proof that people want mess on reality tv. Look at how their viewership soared these past two seasons, and across all kinds of demographics. The challenge not including these scenes seems very intentional atp. The show seems very.... CBS aka "family friendly." Although Idk what families watch this together anyways.

They used it to show the dynamic between the teams. Ashley losing her mind, Michaela treating Ben like he's 3, CT loving Adrienne, etc. It wasn't just doing the puzzle. We'll see the impact to numbers....though if it drops John will say it's because he lost.
I'm actually glad they cut it out. The only way I'd be okay with them keeping it in the episode is if they used the grimey makeout scene to be studied by medical students to analyze the transmission of herpes and mono. For science, or for nothing at all.

You are missing the whole point lol This shown was known for the house dynamics drama and hookups. Cut out 10-20 mins from that daily and show that too. It is a reality show not just a puzzles competition.

Ok so we had a party scene they could've used and they chose to run a boring butt challenge for half the episode.
