They got a spinoff which made more money. They are probably under contract for a year. A lot of these people just love attention and TV. They would 100% do The Challenge if their contract allows & they weren't getting other show offers. There are also plenty who would never.

Everyone needs therapy especially reality tv stars and that includes her. She was a young single mom that I'm sure has stunted her growth a bit mentally and has some insecurities.
