They should focus on making the most entertaining flagship as possible before they're all out of a job.

Never make your job more difficult. No Zach or Alton or Puck for starters.
It's the crew on site mostly locals? I don't think the filming crew with the cast everyday is the same as the producers in the U.S. who are making casting decisions. The only person I think was ever truly put on pause for being difficult to work with was Zach who was said to be extremely rude to the film crew and producers. And maybe Shane for bad mouthing them.

David Burns allegedly never returned because they couldn't deal with him during G2. ****, Colin Mortensen was the original one they couldn't put up with because he refused to read lines in his confessionals during Sexes. Not everyone that isn't still cast makes it known why they aren't.

Supposedly have a threesome during RW Vegas when he was hooking up with Irulan. And maybe slept with Jodi in G2 so she stayed in the Rookies team.

Drama doesn't make someone hard to work with. It's people complaining about every aspect of filming.
I'm sure some of these people are hard to work with but production also needs to treat their talent better and make the living conditions better.
