For all we know Olivia didn't perform as good as the rest of them, but there could have been twist where final players had the oppurtunity to screw eachother over and sabatoge other teams, leading to Olivia having the shorterst overall time. All it takes is one wrong puzzle to bring someone from 1st place to last.

if 42 is filming in the fall my prediction for airing/filming is:
• the premiere date will be somewhere around June 25 - July 2. this will bring us to a finale around Oct 29 - Nov 5 (with the reunions ending Nov 12 - 19).
• they will need to film the 41 reunion before 42 films. in years past, when we've had two main shows film in one year, they've filmed the reunion a couple of weeks before filming. that June 25/July 2 premiere date allows them to film the reunion in mid-september with like 12-13 ish episodes aired.
• on average the main show films for 8-9 weeks, but they allot for 10 in case something delays filming. we know they'll film over thanksgiving, but they won't film over christmas. this means departure for 42 will absoltuely be no later than October 13th.
