They've been trading early eliminations since FR where they've generally not have had to go after each other since other people are being more vocal about it.
CT knows his appearance check would be larger if he didn't have to share a season with Bananas. They should be arch nemeses targeting each other whenever they're on together for this sole reason.

Surprised CT turned on Bananas. CT, John, and Cara tend to have an unspoken rule they don't really go for each other even if on opposite sides.
