This. It use to be apart of the Challenge house culture and could lead to good drama and polidicking. But nowadays hook ups are boring (i.e. Theo and Olivia), and if the relationship goes sour with the wrong person you can get blacklisted from the show like Moriah.
I mean Nurys hooking up with Horacio changed the entire house dynamic and trajectory for that season. So it definitely still plays a part. No one is saying they care about watching people hookup.

Hookups for me I'm mostly interested by from a gameplay perspective. You're not gonna vote in the person you're sleeping with.
