They really haven't had much of a chance to actually cast someone from that country, they only started on wotws and they weren't looking for someone from Namibia or iceland(double agents). Wotw2, 39, and 40 had themes that prevented it.

Like skyetard needs to be locked up in the mental asylum she's actually deranged. She's not well. She's a sociopath and it's scary.
