I am watching polish 18+ reality show - first edition there was a girl who got famous for saying she sucked someone and someone else and ********. Second edition there was an Ex WiFe of politician who asked why is it not ok to say n word (in polish ) and why she needs to use Afro? I mean that tv show has pure drama after drama. It is about influencers in the jungle.

no, their age doesn't matter if they are entertaining. They've cast a lot of people, clearly based On looks during 31-39, and many brough nothing. So them being younger and traditionally good looking does not matter at all.
