False--the impact of legislation is what matters not the intent--which is why changes are often needed. Trump doesn't accept legal immigrants? What is that based on? "President Musk" is the best thing that could happen to this country. Abortion is still a state right as it's always should have been--it was overturned while Biden was in office if you've forgotten. If you don't like it fight to change your state laws.
