Democrats didn't pack the court with life long justices who over-turned federal protection of a women's right to choose. Democrats aren't actively undoing core parts of civil rights. I'm starting to think the "both parties are the same" is propaganda from the right to get liberals who will never vote for Republicans to just not vote at all, there by helping Republicans.
