I agree people turning a computer around for payment at Auntie Annes don't deserve a tip but servers do. Yeah, you can say "pay them more than $2.13" but all that is gonna do is make the food more expensive for shit service. I've spent a lot of time in Europe and the service is always bad. They aren't personable, couldn't careless about refilling drinks. They get paid without trying so they don't care.
