I like Amber well enough and she 1000% gets bullied for being autistic on this show but I have to be honest. Say she loses a Hall Brawl in like Episode 12 of Double Agents to Kam. We never would have seen her again.

She's just VERY high-functoning. Plus doctors will disgnosis anyone these days and it's seen as "trendy". The different levels of the spectrum need different names though because it's really not right for Amber, Kyland, and others to be categorized along side those with serious struggles from the disability.
It doesn't matter who they cast the show isn't going to get close to a million in viewers again. They have brought people from big brother and survivor who's shows were watched by 6 million people but the challenge ratings still 400k. Mtv has been dead as a network for awhile.
It's about putting a good product out there. I've heard Love Island killed it this season because they had a ton of clips that went viral on TikTok. If you make compelling content, it can open up new viewership streams!
