I personally like Ed because he does seem like a nice guy but the dude will most likely never get into an argument or play a fun game. Jay straight up betrayed him to his face and he just took it.
If Ed betrayed Jay and went over to Nurys/Kyland/Horacio's team it would have been such an iconic move and secured his spot. But he played the game safe and like a p^ussy. I actually liked Ed too, but I have no desire to see him again unless they're desperate for a filler spot.
