Tyrie would be a Champion if he didn't quit Gauntlet 3.

How?

Personally, I see him excelling in most of the eliminations that were apart of the rotation. I think Zach & Derek go home next regardless for the rookies, but I can see Tyrie potentially pulling out the win in Ankle Breaker against MJ and he DEFINITELY beats Ryan in Ram it Home.

Now he's in the final, Big Easy still gasses out.

Again they don't even give Jordan a glove that fits after over a decade on the show, and flat out told him he cant cut them to be comfortable anymore. They aren't accommodating.

Hell even on survivor noelle had to sit out or take her leg off anytime there was water involved. Nelson might be able to come back but he's better off staying home because he'd do really bad.

is she the one Na'Onka fought for the idol?

Naonka is one of the most elite reality stars of all-time and the fact we only got one season of Survivor from her is tragic.

Different girl with one leg, na'onka season had little water challenges due to the location

im sure probst is still mad at her and purple Kelly for their iconic quit/snuff

They got amputees competing on Survivor, why not on The Challenge?

im not exactly a biomechanical engineer but i think the prosthetic leg would be too hazardous. the intense physical strain in the body that would be involved in things like one on one physical contact while also taking into account unpredictable factors i.e equipment failure on production's end, unplanned body movements under immense pressure, random accidents. things like hall brawl, pole wrestle, climbing, long distance running, mud wrestling.. i think that there would be too much leeway for something to go wrong.

discrimination. They should apply reasonable accommodation

I don't think that would be discrimination- it's a competitive physical elimination game - if he can come and in and play it def more power to him, but there is no reason to change the entire game for him. in general I wish they went back to less insane physical challenges like the good ol' days but we know they will never happen otherwise All Stars would have been more fun bizarre less extreme missions.

Would love to get everyone's opinon on this:

had there not been a purge at the start of 40 - what differences in the game would you speculate had happened if the format stayed as it was but Katie/Mark/KellyAnne/Brandon/ Amanda/Leroy/Nurys/Paulie all didn't get purged immediately?

I'm curious on how it would have played out since almost all of them (except maybe Brandon since he burned his CM bridge on all stars) had connections with a decent amount of people there.

I think Nurys and Leroy would make it far but doubt the rest would have done much better.

Maybe not that unpopular but the spies lies allies format is a good format wasted on a season with so many international rookies. It really sucks as soon as it was about to get interesting that they swapped to teams.

As much as I wasn't sad to see Paulie go, I think him being there would have helped the men target Jordan and Bananas. I'd rather Paulie be in a final than them (not a spoiler, just saying it's likely because they're both still there). I hate Nurys, but was curious to see what she'd act like in this cast that isn't a bunch of rookies like 39. To be honest, purge or not I still think Katie and Amanda would have been very early boots. Era 1 was decimated because of how bad they performed in dailies, so Rachel being the lone wolf probably would not have changed. Leroy got screwed the most in the purge.

Mark wasn't feeling well, so he's out of there for the first elimination. Otherwise, he's making it to the second half.

Katie likely goes the first elimination she gets unless she's lucky with a crapshoot. Michele v. Tina and Kaycee v. Tori, I could see her winning.

KellyAnne and Brandon might slide by, but the team portion would've likely been longer. I think they get sent in where Nehemiah and Emily got sent in, I think Brandon might lose that tbh. I actually don't think either makes it to the halfway point unless Era 2 keeps that streak.

Amanda and Leroy would've shifted politics, but Cory must play smart. Nia and Averey likely flip to them, considering Nia has been saying Jordan wasn't a priority. The target format still likely gets Amanda sent in; Leroy probably makes it to the individual portion.

Nurys would've still been sent in. Again, in Michele v. Tina and Kaycee v. Tori, I see her winning; everything else was physical.

Paulie likely still loses in the physical eliminations, I think he has a better chance in the carnival games and puzzles.

I say all that to say I think politics could've been different since Nurys, Amanda, and KA would've been outside the normal power structure.

I don't have faith Paulie stands on business, but Cara works with all three above. Maybe Brandon they've been wishy-washy . But idk if Cara being there with them  would mean shit.

Disagree, nurys could absolutely win the one averey won, and maybe the jenny one as well. Both were endurance heavy. Hell there's stronger person lost the nail elimination as well. I don't see her being as dead in the water.

I agree with the Averey one. I forgot she went in twice.

Emily lost largely because Tina randomly had more skill with a hammer. It's too circumstantial to say whether Nurys or anyone who got purged would pull it off.

He basically praises people for quitting these days. She was ahead of her time.

That all depends if Tyrie becomes a target over Frank too tho. It's a lot of variables, idk I can just see Tyrie getting to the final and outlasting Big Easy which gets him a championship. Maybe I'm reaching, but I definitely don't think it's impossible.

i want more gross and terrifying fear factor type of eliminations. things like this, especially the one with the bees at 6:30.

I like when they have at least one random person from a show nobody cares about. I don't want a whole season with them but one or two are funny

Production designed season 40's stupid as•s format to SPECIFICALLY protect Jordan. In what world does it make sense for girls to target the men and vice versa. We would've gotten more drama if the same gender targeted each other.

We really got robbed of a Kam/Tori rivalry. I think that boat has sailed. And speaking of rivalries production is probably going to let the Michaela/Cassidy one slip just like they did for Michaela/Jay.

Thought Cassidy didn't wanna come back? And Michaela can't really film often or for a long time

I don't think there has been a single mid-season format change that made the season better. It ALWAYS kills the momentum
