Cara was defiantly outperforming Laurel on AS4 but Laurel had her moments on Eras. Every season is different , I've always said there's too much nuance in this to have an entirely objective ranking.
That being said I do think Cara beats her on AS4 if not for those time busters. Especially if Cara was really like 10 minutes behind. Laurel was lucky with that.
