Cara is better than Laurel at this point imo. All Stars 4 proved that to me as Laurel definitely had a fluke win. It would be Cara 3 belts if not for stupid twists.

That's a bit dismissive, because she can't control who she goes up against. Her biggest threats in the final were Cara, Theresa, and Jonna, and she either beat those girls or beat the person that beat them (although I think she only deserves credit for one out of those three wins).
It is worth noting, however, that neither of her wins required a significant amount of endurance. She could afford Zach losing her all that time because Nany is so bad, and then her win on All Stars 4 was 100% a fluke (although she had a good season before that with her performances in the dailies).
Cara couldn't make it past episode 1 when she had Darrell, who mind you, came off of a 4 season win streak. Cara tanked and was the beginning of Darrell's downfall no shade

so both are overrated
