Just like Queen Beyoncé (ik you don't listen to her music) but she spent decades into promoting her music. She performed at every talk show and platform imaginable all over the world. She has now earned her stripes and no longer has to push herself to the extremes to sell records. She can release her music while relaxing in her mansion. No music videos needed. No performances needed. The fans will eat it up and she will continue to break records and sell out stadiums when she decides she wants to get off the couch and do work.
Cara's return on All Stars 4 is THE BEST return in Challenge history. I'm enjoying her very much on this season as well (to be fair, I'll always enjoy her).

Theresa (Double Agents)
Trishelle (Battle of the Seasons)
Veronica (Dirty 30) (ignoring Champs vs. Pros)
Jemmye (Dirty 30)
With the exception of Cara, I didn't consider All Stars because there are so many good returns on there.

The ones you listed have good returns, I agree. Shane was great on his return season too. But Trishelle's my favorite, she gave us everything and showed up to play. It was great.

It's as if they're doing it on purpose, it's almost funny... the worst was Ride or Dies because Fessy & Moriah were gonna send Devin & Tori home, but they instead switched it to a terrible format that allowed them to become some of the worst winners in Challenge history
