Nany and Veronica probably got the highest appearance checks for this season, maybe Frank too

I thought they very rarely made exceptions.  Frank is only on 4 ot 5 depending how we count heavy hitters.  It's unlikely he's getting the money Veronica Katie or Nany are.  Leroy and Devin were probably on the high end for for the men.

We're talking about the nonsense of "she won" because she was the top woman in the final when we all know she likely held Shane back during the final

We don't all know that at all actually. As long as the final wasn't heavy endurance because Da'vonne has asthma, I don't think she would have held Shane back at all.

She probably saved Shane in eliminations but Shane would crush a final.  Unless he's completely out of shape I expect him to be telling Day to move faster.  Do you honestly believe in a final, not everything else, that Day isn't, on paper, the weak link?   Come on

Da'Vonne has asmtha is the only thing yall can say, but realistically when have we seen Da'Vonne compete badly? I feel like people are predicting she did bad in the final, just to do it because we've never seen a TERRIBLE Da'Vonne performance.

Da'Vonne has shown to be competent at puzzles, good endurance based on BB, and the one challenge where she brought up her asthma, she won that challenge lmao. Get off her.

Of course she's physically the weak link between her and Shane because she's a woman. Like aren't all the women weaker than their male partners?? (which is why there shouldn't be M/M teams) Why are we specifically pointing that out in Da'vonne's case? I don't think she would have held Shane back compared to any of the other women this season. Plus she's good at puzzles, and we have no idea what the final was like.

Every daily- elimination she won on WOTW required some level of endurance. So even with the asthma, she's used to running on E. It always throws me off when people start acting like she didn't have two solid seasons.

No. Emily outperformed Ty on Exes.  Camila and Diem didn't hurt their partners other than Diem not helping or slowing down.  Theresa outperformed Leroy.  Zach hurt all the girls but especially Laurel on Free Agents.  Sarah and Jordan both has stronger areas.  All the girls were better than Derrick K on 30.  I'm sure there's others but many examples right there.

Oh allegedly Ashley outperformed Hunter when she stole his money.  All the women outformed Easy on G3 and AS1. Jamie Chung was phenomenal on G2.  The list goes on and on.

Jamie Chung wasn't on g2.

And, even on the season, she was on... Jamie  (and the Miz) were struggling compared to Darrell and Landon.

They kept up, but idk how that would've turned out if it were individual, but it also doesn't matter. She did eat up the final puzzle.

She wasn't better than any of the men, unfortunately.

Sorry I2. Point stands though

We're pretending the puzzle doesn't count or she didn't keep up with a 3 men that were won multiple challenges?

Again, women don't always slow men down but Day likely did slow down Shane but helped him prior to the final.

Tbh, idek why it's being said that Da'Vonne  held Shane back when on paper, Shane isn't even top 5 on the guys side... if anything Da'Vonne helped him.

Da'Vonne does good even when her partners aren't the best on paper. Going far with Jozea, Bear, and Shane is not something everyone can pull off.

I said she ate up the puzzle, but I'm also saying she was struggling. Who knows what happens if Tonya and Tina aren't on the bad guys? Jamie AND the Miz (because it wasn't just her) were struggling compared to Darrell and Landon. Both these things can be true.

And we don't know what happened with Day and Shane. Steve was already killing it in the previous final over Laurel and Cara, so it's no shock that he could do well here. For all we know, they could've simply lost. Sometimes it's no one's fault.

Totally agree. She needs help with politicking and the social aspect. I haven't really seen in desperate need of help in challenges.

Shane's best qualities (swimming, cardio, eating, and puzzles, but that's generous) are usually in finals.

But, we do not know this structure, and none of that could've mattered. Everyone assumes, and even IF she held him back, it's her first final. Everyone isn't going to pull an Amber. For all we know, they could've just lost to the better team, or production could've even done something stupid like the past few finals. There's no way of telling until it's said or we see it.

Regardless, Da'vonne has had a solid three seasons, and she's done better than most would've expected from BB.

She's where she needs to be. And, hopefully this is the final of many finals and a stepping stone to her win.

She was literally runner up like that's a major accomplishment

Do you want a list of runner ups?

Shane is built for a final.  He's not good at eliminations which is why he never gets that far.  Day has never shown a flash of being good in a final.  She is great in eliminations and will hold her own in missions.  This isn't anti -Day.  She was a great partner for Shane.  This is accepting of the two she's likely weaker in a final

The point is , she's never shown to be bad either lmao. I just think yall are saying this cause she's a melanated woman, who brings drama, so yall are already trying to discredit her when like I said, we've never seen a terrible Da'Vonne performance and if we have, I'd like to know lmao.

Shane is def built for a final, but to say Da'Vonne held him back or was a weak link is crazy when that man hasn't sniffed a final UNTIL he was with her lmao.

At the end of the day, Da'vonne was the top female of All Stars 5 and that says a lot. Shes the Jonna of All Stars 1. There's just bias because she's known to not be good at these shows so automatically she's a flop even though she really hasn't been on this shows

People aren't debating whether Shane is good in a final (or at least I'm not), they're debating saying that Day held Shane back in the final. Nothing about Da'vonne's performance on past seasons shows that would be the case. Also we haven't even seen the final yet to have any idea if that's true.

What?  Lol. Coral is my favorite challenger of all time. Is she a white woman?

I'm literally saying she's probably the reason Shane finally made a final. Read what is written and stop your nonsense.

In a final....words....read them

But you're making this statement based off of what?

Shane lost because he faced Steve who was beating two of the strongest girls in show history in a final the season before. Da'vonne was probably the reason shane got to the final in the first place so even if she "lost it for him" there wouldn't be a final for him to lose without her.
