More info on the fight after Jasmine's elimination:
They have everyone go downstairs to the photos of the star holders after each elimination, so Cara started talking about how Flora manipulated the whole situation to get Nicole to go against Veronica.
Isn't this true, though?
Flora said that originally she wanted to volunteer to go in instead of Jasmine/Veronica but that wasn't allowed. Her and Jasmine were roommates and really close so she obviously wanted her to stay even though she also likes Veronica. Flora knew Veronica would always pick Tina over her so she preferred Jasmine staying. I don't think (from Flora's POV) she manipulated the situation, she just wanted to save her friend
But wasn't there an element of it where Flora convinced Nicole that Veronica was working with Cara, thus Nicole's questions to Veronica down in the pit? Even if I understand why Flora wanted to keep Jasmine, that would be Flora manipulating the situation. Cara was thus then correct in what she said.
Regardless, we can all agree the fact that this was all left in the editing room is a disgrace.
The fact this was all edited out so we could focuse on Nicole/Laurel and listen to Kam being entitled and whiny because things aren't going her way is just a crime. So dumb.

I agree 100%. The show is not fun anymore. I'll watch for nostalgic reasons, but the editing is weird, way too much Kam, leroy, Laurel, nicole (who I don't give a **** about), the dailies are boring, the eliminations are boring. I know the show was never going to maintain the high level of entertainment that it began with 20 years later. Still sad that it's fallen this far though.
I haven't been able to watch anything challenge related since ride or dies which nearly sent me into a coma from how horrible it was. I *was* going to watch this, but they took FOREVER airing it that waiting for it literally drained every ounce of interest I had in watching it. Kinda sad cuz I was looking forward to watching this but I just can't seem to care anymore, and y'all's posts kinda confirmed my intuitive actions ****
We know how production is. Her last challenge was in the early 2000s. They aren't going to "risk" their ratings so they show the familiar faces instead (Laurel, Nicole, Cara, etc...). Which is why I'm defending OldSchooler on the "I can edit this better" perspective.

I'm fine with them making the bigger names the stars but all of Flora's lines delivered, plus she had a fight with Tina/Cara. Mix those moments in. Give fans a chance to meet new favorites. We want entertainment, they shoved the same people and storylines down our throats and we got bored and people checked out.

But I've been celebrating her mess all over Instagram and Twitter defending my girl from the haters. People don't like her but Flora is getting the most engagement outside of the production faves this season. The casuals talk **** about her but at least people talk about her unlike 90% of this cast.

Exactly why I've decided that AS4 will be my last season. I can't take these boring seasons because of the edit. The cast produces entertainment and it's edited out. Floragoddess served this season but we'll never see it. What's the point? They're too focused on making this America's 5th sport, no thanks. I'm out. I came full circle The Real World Miami with Flora was my first ever reality tv show that I watched and I'm ending my BMP watching with All Stars 4 also featuring Flora. Coming full circle with my goddess.

I'm not. I draw the line here. They edited the shit out of a season that had the most potential to be like the old seasons. Episodes 1-3 with all the Ayanna drama felt like the good old days. But it went downhill after that. 10 episodes in and I didn't even know Jay was engaged. Why? Because if you're name wasn't Laurel, Nicole, Kam, Leroy or Cara this season then you were ignored. Flora suffered the most from this and after todays episode I can see why. She quit. And I quit watching this shit right along with her. I stand by my goddess.

Everyone thought she'd be a first or second boot, but she made it to the end. She provided fun old school drama (that was unnecessarily cut), her confessionals were hilarious, every moment she was on screen was a bright moment, she gave the social media drama we needed and loved. I guess Skkkye's ageist áşś is just jealous is older than her but looks 15 years younger than the gremlin so she cut her airtime. But we know Flora gave what was needed and more.
Her edit really annoyed me. They only showed her confessionals *****ing about Cara, and it made her look as obsessed with Cara as Laurel and Nicole when really, Cara was probably the topic of 0.00000001% of her confessionals. As a Cara fan, it gives me the ick that a confessional queen's edit was reduced to shitting on Cara when any idiot could read between the lines that there was so much more to her than the edit showed. Thank God I watched Real World Miami so that I could know how much of a legend she is.

Probabaly from being 52 and not working out before coming. She need to take notes from Mark on being 50 and competing on this show.

The editors sure as shit don't know good entertainment. After episode one Twitter and social media fell in love with Flora and proclaimed her the confessional queen. Asking who was she and why she was serving c * n + ? I thought maybe we were onto something and her Miami glory was about to return but nope. This is The Challenge and they dropped the ball yet again. Like Flora said it just became The Cara Maria show. No wonder Gamer keeps saying this season is boring.
