I love how All Stars is like the rehab series of the challenge. All the troubled former contestants eventually get a chance to return and make their slow transition back into the main series.
At this point they need to call Dee for All Stars 6. Camila can stay tf away forever tho.

Exactly, they made it a replica of the boring product they created. It should have been team challenges, more carnival like games like the beginning, more freedom and access to home for the OGs with a better cast. You told us Eric Banks was priority casting season 1, that just shows they have no idea what they are doing. The only plus was that All-Stars had more history with each other and more castmembers with genuine charisma.
I wish these shows were more about spreading the wealth around for the people that have entertained us for years. I want to see people that never won before take home $250k+. That's lifechanging money. I don't need to see the few millionaires from this show win over and over again.
A castmember told me they were having a safari themed party where they were told to wear animal print of African animals. Lauren called it an African themed party instead of safari and Aneesa threw a fit to production that it was racist and she was sent home with no investigation.

False. The show has been a boring mess since the Covid era started. All of their products are boring and they intentionally cut drama, edit poorly, and encourage less drama. All-Stars was fun and light-hearted, it brought back the summer camp vibe. There was a little drama sprinkled in. But it wasn't dark, serious, 46 episodes, and 90 minutes like the main show. Plus, the casting has been subpar every season. The show was never what we originally intended it to be.

All Stars 1 was by far the best of the all star seasons.
boring? Well you can make that case for 80% of this shows episodes. But I remember a ton from season 1. Ace calling them monsters. Trishelle vs Katie. Kendal melting down in deliberation. Teck roasting them as old in his commentary. Arissa's epic quit. Alton vs Syrus. Jisela being a queen for every episode she was on. Her ending aneesa. And the show had the drama and a wholesome feel as 18 of the 20 had never done a show in 10-20 years. Plus the winner was a genuine surprise. It had drama and there was a true nostalgic feel that made it different after several bad seasons of the main show.
2 was fine mostly due to the women (Ayanna Melinda).
3 was just an atrocity outside of Beth's hilarious cameo. Kailiah and Sylvia being on the same show as a Cynthia and Roni and even a Tina just felt weird and out of place. And the guys outside of a Yes vs Wes feud were AwFUL. All just standing there all season playing their usual passive boring safe games. Babbling about numbers and strategy. Yawn. All of them just felt so old and tired. But nothing was more embarrassing than Nia's Auntie Tammy appearance to rehabilitate Jordan. And than she called an emergency challenge mania podcast in between her private jet flights to clutch her pearls about Beth's comments on Jonna. Embarrassing!
All Stars 4 has had some very good episodes but the editing is atrocious even by this shows standards. It has been the "Cara Maria Show" with a heavy dose of Kam/Leroy/Laurel/Nicole. If not for Ayanna being unhinged, I don't think anyone outside of those 5 would have gotten a storyline. It's embarrassing. Why have a cast of 24 if they are so uninterested in their cast? We are going into episode 10 and what does the audience truly know about Flora or Steve? Nothing because the show doesn't care. If they don't, why should we?

I loved the challenge Australia! Divided house that truly HATED each other! And it carried over to the world championship. Kiki, Troy, Emily, grant should be regulars! And I liked cirran in his short time on 39.

2 is the best all stars season, the palace had the racist fans shaking. All Stars 1 is boring but it has the most OG energy. All Stars 3 is incredibly boring outside of Beth's 2 episodes. All Stars 4 is fine i guess, we waited forever for it and i like it but kinda feel let down

Even on stale *** corny *** CBS the challenge was not a success. And those viewers are used to lower quality tv.

The all stars 2 episode where Casey and Steve blindsided Derrick is the best episode of the challenge in 10 years.
Challenge USA2 with the secret voting, hopper, and cutthroat teams is the only format worth a damn in the last 5 years.
And they ruined it with a twist and rigging the hopper but overall a great theme and idea.
I love Nia, but she was so useless as a partner on World Champs. Would still rather have seen her over Cara though.
