Jenny is probably performing super well. And if Tori and Cara are aligned and Aviv is a "social butterfly" like PR and gamer said, that leaves Rachel and Michele at the bottom. - Teams portion: The elimination winner chooses who the targets are from each era two from each. The winning team’s targets are captains, and the losing team’s targets go straight to elimination. The winning team captains then vote a pair from one of the 2 remaining eras to go into elimination
- Individual portion: Once the game became individual, the last place goes into elimination, and the person who wins gets to pick between the people that the last elimination winner targeted.
This is funky to steal someone else's word, but I kind of like it. It makes things a lot more strategic; there are lots of layers to the decisions. There did seemingly need to be another aspect involved to keep the same people from always going in, though. Of course, if people just win the daily they'd be safe.

I think they gave Rachel immunity and still did a team challenge which explains the Devin/Kaycee situation
