20 winners not 40. 40 is way too much for the reasons you listed. 20 might even be hard without extending beyond the flagship.
I missed the 20 bit, though 20 wouldn't be that hard -- they had 20 this season (as long as you count All-Stars wins which the Challenge does) but it also seems too small for a season like 40. They wanted a big cast for the milestone.
I was thinking of Survivor 40 and how they casted 20 winners but The Challenge shoots for longer so maybe they need more people. I'm also thinking about how some of the current winners might age out by the time they do(if ever) a winners only season. Just dreaming out loud lol

For me I'd be okay with anyone but Jenny or Tory winning. But am strongly rooting for Aviv. I'd be okay with a Rachel or Cara win, just not necessarily celebrating it. And I'd be impressed if Michele somehow won.

Cara's star and she'll get her 3rd flagship win eventually. I'd give it to someone we won't probably see very often like Aviv, Rachel or Jenny.
