To those of you that haven't yet, listen to Jemmye's newest podcast. There is a ton of tea, and it's very eye-opening to the mistreatment of female cast members the show has had since the beginning.
I was actually disappointed, but maybe because I'm such a devout fan and already knew everything she was talking about. She even read the reference points of the contract I shared here a few days ago lol. But I know it will definitely open other peoples eyes so its good to get the conversation going
I do want to mention she did get some information wrong. She said cory was allowed to do seasons unvaccinated, but thats not true. Thats why he took a break "to focus on his family" and was gone in the most recent seasons. Once they dropped the requirement for USA2, he was on the casts again.
also the alicia/eddie of it all is kinda messy. While that was airing, cory came out and said alicia lied to him and there was no restraining order. I have mixed feelings about that whole situation.
she didnt get this wrong, but she did forgot the most recent pregnancy was amber on WC so clearly not doing pregnancy tests is STILL an issue
Also so strange I thought they would like jonna... and they clearly treat amber like shit. Do they like any of their current era of black women? I see that they don't cast a lot of strong black female competitors like their white counterparts. I think all they like is kam but i could be wrong about that too lol

Oh she always gave me the vibe that she's nice to be around and work with lol. But anyways im shocked she even agreed to do this season as she said she couldnt commit to a main season bc of her kids but maybe she thought she would never win and leave early anyways.
