My thinking is that the initial format is maybe for 2 rounds so that's 16 people gone.
Following the era themes, there will be 3 more dailies/elimination formats.
2nd format - each team has 6 remaining - 3 men & 3 women. This is the new team format.
3rd format - at this point they can move go pairs and maybe mix eras?
4th format - individuals

I feel like Era 3 might survive to individual with 7? Jonna prob gets thrown in but I feel like she can beat Tina, Michele, or Olivia.
If CT really did come in fat, he's probably doing well, but not well enough to carry his team through intact. I see Derrick and Tina still leaving.
Era 2 will lose Ryan at the least. He's an anchor.
Era 4 still loses Josh, Michele, and Olivia, IMO.
So if the next six out are Ryan, Josh, Derrick, Tina, Michele, Olivia. Maybe the individual game starts at that point?
