I think you're giving the newer people too much credit. Katie Aneesa and Tina suck but so do some of the newer girls like Amanda. And Era 1 had the best guys top to bottom so I doubt they lose all 5.
In my opinion, the team game will be for five episodes, double eliminations: 40 to 30. Then, most likely an individual challenge, where the first place guy and first place girl get first pick of partners, then second place guy and girl picks next, so on and so forth. Again, double elims in pairs from 30 to 20. Then, Episode 11, the individual game starts with single eliminations from 20 to 12. That's 18 episodes. 2 part final. 20 episode season. Clean cut as could be.

E1 throws in Katie/Brad theen I think the guys agree to rotate for with Tina and Aneesa going in for the girls and E2 I think Cara might be in a bad spot here. Could easily be John Emily Laurel Ryan Aviv vs Nehemiah Cara and KellyAnne. Brandon and Derek could fall either way. Guessing both pick the John side.

But Tori is highly connected to everyone. That's what doesn't make sense. Jonna aligns with people that are good. It will be Jonna Tori Devin Leroy and Jordan if he's on then the other pieces fall as they will. Likely Nia and Averey as fringe members. Amanda has nothing.

-Elimination is determined by a spin the wheel contraption consisting of 4 elimination types for each generation: Era 1, Era 2, Era 3, Era 4
-Katie gets voted in day 1, wheel lands on Era 1 elimination
-Tori eliminated by Katie in Scratchathon (homage to Julie Stoffer)
If elims are not gender based:
-Josh eliminated by Katie in Smell Ya Later (homage to David Burns)
