Roni and Kefla had a bit of a romance/deep friendship in the second season of the challenge (Kefla's only RR/RW challenge). I'm not even really sure if it was as deep or serious as the show made it out to be. I think they just were good friends. Kefla was supposed to be on All Stars 3 with Roni, but he had a medical injury.
Yeah I can see him have a Roni run and more athletic than meets the eye. Did not know he was a sports/training coach. He looks pretty fit for someone who is almost 50.
