I usually watch a few days later when I'm cleaning the kitchen or something and keep it on as background noise. My toxic trait is not being able to quit shows I loved that jumped the shark. If I had just started watching reality tv during covid I'd never watch more than 2 seconds of Survivor, Big Brother, or The Challenge...just the Amazing Race bc it's good travel tips lol. I hate that I can't give it up but I have addictive personality which is why I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs lol.
