The problem isn't necessarily the foreign accents. It's the obvious implied bias against the foreigners that happens because they are speaking a second language. They are mostly sitting ducks due to being foreign.
We've literally had foreigners make it to the end and win. The problem is casting nowadays. But if you give us a WOTW/WOTW2 cast, I bet you we'd have more foreign winners.

I think you can judge if a rookie is a complete dud if they get like 10 episodes when there's like 12-14 people left. Colleen went home in episode 5 when there was never less than 23 other people in the cast hogging airtime. And she had reported off-screen drama.
