Sharon Tharp kinda clocked how impossible it was for Izzy to say she watched every BB season twice for the first time starting in March. I don't think she's that big of a superfan, probably just did a deep dive very recently.

This time we have 4 houseguests nominated. What does HOH and POV do? Remember it's all jacked up due to the universe. Maybe only the nominees can compete in POV so it goes down to 3. The house votes to save 1 person. Out of the remaining two the HOH votes to evict someone live.
