Picking Jay over Asaf would be dumb because why would he **** off someone who has became a regulare in the show & could affect his game in futur seasons over someone who's likely never going to show up again anytime soon.
CT is literally the top of the food chain on Challenge Seasons. Be foreal. The ROD have not taken over just because they make up the most of this lame season.
on a real season as we've seen nobody is listening to Jay and Michelle over CT
I get that, but pragmatically speaking Asaf is less experienced than Jay in elims and picking him would ruffle the least feathers. Also I don't think beating Jay instead of Asaf would make CT's elim record any less mediocre than it is.
from a viewer there is a story there if CT picks Jay, therefore we'd be more invested. Jay is politically in a good spot as well so again as a viewer there would be more interest there.

actually i'll keep going. CT is not hurting for money at all. This is a TV show first and foremost. He's not "forced" to do anything he literally gets paid more than every one else just for saying yes.
He can do the more entertaining option on a TV SHOW
Taxes included CT has made no less than 1.5 Million dollars from this show in 4 years. The broke and struggling for change angle may work for Darrell but not this one
