The thing is he needs to go to a gym and try out a sport. Like play some basketball or tag football with some friends cause if you have no athleticism just going to the gym isn't going to be enough. When Josh was tossing the ball he looked like an alien learning how human body works. He should of been throwing like it was a large baseball but instead he was tossing up like he was playing volleyball.
