Is making a deep run into this season that impressive? Unless they've gone into elimination or managed to be gifted a star, it seems like a waste of time, because either they're being iced out or kept around as easy competition.

It was probably Veronica. Jay mentioned how she had a star in a deleted tweet and it's understandable that a strong female player would ally with a strong minded player and protect eachothers stars
Averey, Cara Maria and Flora 100% don't have a star, one or both Kam/Laurel had a star which would explain why they have avoided eliminations up until Kefla's elimination and Tina had a star from Janelle's departure but I'm unsure whether or not her star was stolen at some point
If cara beat Rachel she's not losing to anyone in any elimination. The only way she loses is she gets her star snatched which she sadly will at the very end

Adam is a better athlete than Leroy. Doesn't mean he's doing better but with Brad gone Adam's the favorite if he makes the final.
All I remember about Adam is derrick K sending him home first, then Abram punching him in the face another time.
What was he most known for challenge/strategy wise.
He was the leader of the Road Rules team on the original Gauntlet and won with his team. Storywise he was the driving force behind sending Sarah into the Gauntlet so many times. He was very cold when it came to the game and saw the women as expendable, especially Sarah. He was Sarah's foil

Both Steve and Adam are only 7 years older than Leroy as far as I heard atleast one of them has outperform him more than once.
