Having worked in the industry makes you realize how sometimes people go through the craziest shit in the back of the house just to get you taken care of. I won't bother going to dine in to a restaurant if I don't have the money to order more than 2-3 cocktails, whatever entree I like, dessert even if it's to go and enough to tip extremely well.
