You all have GOT to stop this ridiculously repetitive debate. We know everyone's opinions and it's clear nobody is changing their opinion.

rivals 3 had potential but the fact they didn't bring any sort of replacements made it suck..

Rivals 3 is the only Challenge season I didn't watch live & avoided. I thought I was done with the show so don't know much about that season. Why didn't they bring in replacements?  Did they not have any that season?  Weren't Nelson & Amanda replacements?

Aw man, Rivals III, Rivals III...

So Rivals III is like the last Challenge that feels like the Challenges of old. It's got a very young cast, a lot of time/challenges on the beach and over the water, a nice house with a giant pool, drunken hookups, silly dailies, etc.

It falls apart very quickly. Leroy and Averey get DQ'd immediately cause Leroy gets hurt, a lame rookie Brandon quits because he misses his girlfriend and takes down his partner Briana with him, Thomas Buell quits because his ex pretended to be in the hospital and his partner Simone gets DQ'd as well, and then Camila and Tony get DQ'd for violet drunk fighting/arguments.

By like episode 7, a quarter of the cast has been DQ'd, Nelson and Amanda (somehow the only replacements) get brought in and are eliminated like four episodes later, the quits get so bad that Devin and Cheyenne (who were eliminated in the first elimination) get brought back in to fill out the cast a bit, which doesn't even make sense since Johnny/Jessica were right there and after getting eliminated, they weren't given a second shot despite there being eight quits/dq's and only four people brought back.

It comes together a bit after that but literally the first eight episodes or so are an abject trainwreck which felt like the season could've/should've just been cancelled halfway through. It's a total mess.

Vevmo's spent 10 years debating the strongest female with out a criteria lol. We don't know how to kill a debate. I do hope we get an update though so we have something new to talk about lol.

Oldschooler favorite janelle will be smart and join Cara/Kam/Leroy alliance and use them as a shield. I already can see it

I hope Janelle ends up my favorite cause that will mean she delivered and was great tv.

Have they started filming yet?

So there were really no other replacements other than Nelson/Amanda?  And why were they replacements on such an awful cast? They both went onto to be eventual stars of the show meanwhile all those other worthless AYTO people were never heard from again for the most part.

Brittany and Adam were the stars of their season no idea why they never appeared again.

Welcome to the internet...

while we're waiting on PR, lets guess who's out episode 1 and see who's right. I'm gonna lock in Jasmine/Jay.

Don't they have to quarantine for like a week before filming?

They're not quarantined.  First elimination I'd likely this week.

Brittany and Adam were the stars of their season no idea why they never appeared again.

Brittany was never called and Adam turned down Invasion to do AYTO Second Chances like an idiot.

The AYTO people and late RW people that made it to Rivals III were mostly worthless: Nate, Christina, Dario, Brandon, Simone, Thomas, etc. brought basically nothing. Briana had some potential, but she got brought in as a replacement in Dirty 30 and immediately lost to Britini lol. Cheyenne was cute but also boring.

if were being real AYTO didnt ruin the challenge, expanding it globally did (minus a few good additions) and pretending theyre competing for Top 10 Sports Center moments did

Global was worse but AYTO didn't help.  They should have realized at that point to go back and talk to old school contestants to see who would be interested.  I will say the whole Theo Georgia Bear casting decisions had potential and they made sense at the time.

Rookie casting IN MY OPINION has never been the problem. There's always going to be duds and there's always going to be standouts, nothing you can do about that. The vet casting along with the editing is what is ruining The Challenge

The casting pool is too broad and they make poor casting choices from those broad options. The show will always work best when the cast has connections and when bets are switched out so it doesn't become stale. However, partying ways with the drama, humor, and making it a flop competition over an adult summer camp is what killed it. It's a chore to sit through the boring, long, and dark episodes for 6 months.

Who do y'all think Flora has already cussed out?

just had the biggest eye roll seeing these arguments there's no way yall don't get tired of debating over the same shit every other day

Again did you just recently discover the internet?   This is what people do.  They believe something and will argue it forever.

Brittany was in the running to be on Bloodlines but her brother was an ******* to the producers during the casting process/interview so they got dropped...

she mentioned it in the Mike Lewis podcast..

True. Vets make or break the show really. They're the stars. If your vets aren't likable then why tune in for rookies you haven't heard of and will likely flop? Look at the vets that carried the show over time to now. Sure JEK wasn't always likable but the people opposing them were which is something we lack now. Spot on post Amanda

Ace will be the second boot this time.  He's following his legend status of going first then second.

Ace is winning this one!!
