I believe Kefla and Mark were close which could lead to Mark getting him in touch with Brad. Brad might run with the mean girls on this one. The only way I see Brad and Tony working together is if Brad has a deal with Laurel and Laurel is working with Nicole.
Brad is closer to Tony and Leroy than every guy revealed so far. The trilogy bonded a lot of them so it wouldn't be surprising if they worked together like Sylvia, V and Kailah last season.

they really messed up not putting Beth on this cast. Beth vs Tina post punch, Beth and Flora vs the mean girls, Beth vs jasmine (jonna's bff). The drama we would have had
Tony/Leroy/Brad will be in the final pretty much. Brad may be the one to choke before the final since that seems to be the norm with him. I can see them treating Brandon Nelson and Ryan as their scapegoats per usual and keep them in elimination.
Unless someone can beat their numbers, Rachel/Tina/V will all make the final with Nicole and Janelle as their first line of defense. They will aim to get Laurel out early and often. Then Rachel will WALK the final and still win because Veronica and Tina have no physical endurance nowadays.
If Shane is on, that will further validate the Mean Girls numbers. Season predicted in a nutshell.
