I think some people are just using this as a chance to air our grievances they already had about the existence or need of a diversity quota
Exactly. The diversity quota has nothing to do with the casting issues we are talking about. Some people have been waiting for an opportunity to complain about it I see...
they have the potential to bring in the mean girls +shane and then susie and sarah WHATS GOING ON..
People complained about the lack of diversity and now we have a stupid 50% rule which limits casting and forces us to have Derek and Jasmine on the show
The 50% rule does not force them to cast duds like Jasmine. There are a full cast worth of BIPOC females they could cast over Jasmine that would bring more than her. Male side is less diverse for sure though.
That's not true. No one said 50% of good people. They're just filling spots and 50% should have never been the goal. It's not realistic or appropriate
I'm excited for Brandon. He had a huge target on his back simply because he was black and none of the men effed with him the way they edged with each other. They put him on a team with kaitlyn the next season and he was betrayed by that doofus Swift in another. Can't wait to see what he does with this

Ask PR if it's a problem
I don't care. It's not a problem or the problem here. Maybe production is using it as an excuse for lazy casting but it isn't the actual problem.
You're probably right, its been awhile since I read cbs lil mission statement on it but I thought it was a diversity quota hence why people say kaycee counts as a two for one.
We need to keep a running list of who production passed on so we can know how good the cast could have been if we had semi-intelligent people running this show and not idiotic anti-women women running it.
Sylvia can try as hard as she can (and she definitely was trying on AS3) to be relevant and she still comes off as a last minute 3rd rate replacement background character which is exactly what she is

they don't have a quota for LGBT, ppl say that ab Kaycee bc you know production thinks it makes them look good, but they could cast 0 LGBT ppl if they wanted to

And that doesn't even count the white people who have to pull out a damn ancestry.com page before you can tell they aren't from the Caucus mountains like Kailah and Jordan

Tina isn't white. Jemmye isn't straight. Beth wasn't on the original cast
I get that susie and sarah dont fit the diversity requirement, but isnt there enough to still cast for the storyline we want?
rachel- lesbian;veronica- latina, lesbian; tina- asian...(not that I asked for her but jasmine-black)
why isnt there room for two women? Is the male side all white besides derek?
So Idk if we can blame the diversity quota. They could make it work with that quota, they just dont care about what fans want.

Sylvia definitely isn't the problem she can provide when activated

Rachel isn't a POC despite being a minority

Sylvia is a big problem.

ANYWAY WE WANT PETE <3
there were 12 regular everyday straight white people on Allstars 3. you can replace those 12 people with interesting and compelling people.
We don't have to accept Melinda and Derrick being on TV and then turn around and blame a diversity and inclusion quota.
Pete and Jillian would eat down as a Rivals pair
they don't have a quota for LGBT, ppl say that ab Kaycee bc you know production thinks it makes them look good, but they could cast 0 LGBT ppl if they wanted to
It is. Any limit or restriction is a problem
Like I SAID there is no 50% rule that is from CBS NOT MTV OR BMP.
There weren't 12...you're twisting reality to get to 12
False. PR has mentioned it multiple times.
Wes, Brad, Mark, Derrick, MJ, Kelly Anne, Beth, Kendal, Jemmye, Tina, Melinda
And that doesn't even count the white people who have to pull out a damn ancestry.com page before you can tell they aren't from the Caucus mountains like Kailah and Jordan
Honestly idgaf about a quota. Just cast entertaining characters with memorable personalities. Not that hard smh
Tina isn't white. Jemmye isn't straight. Beth wasn't on the original cast
WRONG! She mentioned diversity but never 50%. Is Ride or Dies 50%?
KVM learn the difference between Race and Ethnicity before you get too old to read books.
learn what the term POC means. Tina counts as a POC
It's 50% and yes Ride or Die meets that but Ride or Die isn't Paramount
