She lacks charisma and personality, she doesn't translate on tv well. She also always aligns herself with the most boring and annoying people who ruin the show.

Officer Lacina is unlikeable as a TV personality. That's it. After all 3 of her Survivor seasons her cast members talked about how much they love her and how great of a social player she was, but we have never seen it on the show. She isn't good at describing her game and showing the audience her charisma (the only thing I remember from her confessionals is her wide stare), so I don't understand how she's been on 5 shows.
She brought a different energy to The Challenge though, probably because she played it as strictly a competition game vs. social/strategic and she's very cocky about that stuff

bc she's a republican and worked against fan favs. i ended up loving her on TC USA and in so glad she made the final again
