I really hope Darrell, Yes , and Theo are working together because I'm sure Jordan, Tori, and Kaycee are together and would vote them in if they won the daily.
Darrell and Yes most definitely have each other's backs but I don't know of the dynamic between Kiki and Emily assuming they are still partners. Wise thing would be for them to have Theo on their side but the numbers dont look promising at the moment.

Darrell isn't dumb enough to let Yes walk to another final. Or he better not be
One of Darrell/Kiki or Yes/Emily have to win the next daily, and the other can't be last. Tori/Danny, Kaycee/Troy, Jordan/Kaz and Theo/Sarah are most likely working together, and Jordan, Tori and Kaycee aren't putting each other in and I doubt Sarah will put in Danny. Darrell/Kiki and Yes/Emily are our only hope to stop the vacation.

Everyone including Darrell underestimated Yes last time so it wasn't that he was dumb he was just overconfident. If Darrell wants to make it to the final he might be forced into working with Yes and giving him a free walk into the final.

Last time wasn't dumb. Doing it again would be. This isn't a team game. At some point numbers don't matter. John still doesn't get this which is why he was mad at Sarah on Exes 2

You do realize everyone left is capable winning a final right? Yes, Jordan, this ninja guy Troy, etc. It all depends on your partner dynamic if they keep it as pairs. Darrell and Yes have history together as the only OG road rulers and also being from the same area. If anything Darrell is the type to want to get his revenge on Yes in a final and get Jordan out first. They are each other's number ones no matter how you wanna draw it up. Hell they went and scaled mountains for practice after Yes already beat him and won AS1.
If there were layups left your wishful scenario may come into play. Dont think that applies here.

I agree. If Darrell wants this win he needs Jordan/Kaz and Yes/Emily out for his best chance at the end. I also think Sarah didn't need to make the move on Exes 2 because Johnny and Nany would never win a final together, but I also understand doing it to give yourself the best shot at winning.
I dont see Darrell making a move against Yes, but perhaps following suit if someone else does. I do see him wanting to make moves to get Jordan out though

getting side tracked but that was absolutely the right move on Sarah's part. Jay/Jenna weren't winning a final ever. It made sense to put the 2 strongest teams in to give yourself the best chances. And nobody knew at that time what a slouch Nany was. All they knew was that on paper, she barely lost to Laurel the season before

when does Darrell ever make moves? Not knocking him too hard but honestly. If you're with him, you're with him. Both admirable and stupid (sometimes)

that's exactly true. Thats why I said wanting to make moves against jordan hehe

Yes is the only one we've seen beat Darrell in a final, right?
When were Darrell and Yes ever aligned though? AS1 was the first show they ever did together and Yes even flat out told Darrell they should have sent him in--Darrell needs to listen or he's an idiot.
If Darrell wants to beat him in a final I'm losing respect for Darrell. That's Jordan level stupid/egotistical.

Agread it was 100% the right move, just like Darrell getting rid of Jordan and Yes would be the right move.
I think you guys are underestimating Theo/Sarah too. They're both pretty good with puzzles, Sarah is in pretty good shape to keep up with Theo, and Theo made WOTW1 final look pretty effortless and it was 25 miles biking + 25 miles running just day 1. I could definitely see them taking it

Sarah was very bad in the USA final... Justine and Cayla were beating her for basically all of it. For someone who ran 7 marathons in 7 days on 7 continents you would think she would be better
Sarah was easily first after the first day. What she did wrong was spent all her energy in the night challenge that only she and Dom actually finished. She ended up being a walking corpse in the second. This is yet another proof that experience matters in a final. An experienced player wouldn't have gone all out in the night challenge.

Sarah wasn't bad she had the lead for most of the first day and only struggled with the second day because of exhaustion. She did have the one thing she needed to happen to guarantee her the win, because she couldn't come in 3rd so she had to finish 2nd or 1st or have someone (in this case both other girls) quit.
She this is why I need to watch that final at some point. At first it was Danny and Sarah were awful in the final. Then it turned out Danny actually did very well. Now it sounds like Sarah did better than people were saying. SMH. The bias here
People have a bad memory. Sarah did TERRIBLE day two. She did so bad that day one didn't matter. Danny was winning regardless, Sarah on the other hand literally sat down and waited for everybody else to quit which I really feel like was a cue from production. Justine is the real winner of USA, she made it to the soduku first (the part that everybody else quit on and that they helped Sarah complete).

People are giving her extra credit. Sarah as a whole on USA was a flop. I liked her though cause she was cracked, but Sarah lowkey sucked. Couldn't win dailies, sucked in the final, and she was the last girl to even qualify for the finals. Justine & Desi were definitely the best girls on USA (outside of Angela).
No 2 finals are the same. The rules are inconsistent, most of it is pointless and it comes down to whose skillset is best for the final portion whether it be a run, puzzle, or eating. It's impossible to debate.

honestly it's gotten to the point where most finals you can just walk through the first few day(s) and conserve energy and then be 1 min behind the team who worked their *** off day 1 lmao
WOTW1 type of finals where day 1 still counts are finals I like to see. I hate when they dissolve leads from the first day(s). I get wanting it to be close but it completely defeats the purpose

Well Angela tried that and it didn't work out lol. But the same situation could happen this season and they'd change the rules, all just depends if it benefits their favs.

I don't think people are giving Sarah extra credit she wasn't good at dailys but she was good at the final. At the end of the first day Sarah had 17 points, Cayla 14 points, and Justine had 11 points. If all the girls finished the final in the order they got to sudoku, Justine would've ended with 21 points Cayla with 22 points and Sarah with 23 points. Sarah isn't giving the credit because people quit so it looked like she won on a fluke. Now Cayla could've passed Justine at sudoku and Sarah would've lost but Sarah wasn't bad at the final.
Sarah did great in day 1 but flopped on day 2. She didn't finish one of the checkpoints and was gonna quit until she heard Cayla and Justine already did when they got to the sudoku

we gotta stop with this "who's good/not good in finals" bc i remember y'all saying kaycee and tori weren't that great and then they won 37 and 38. same with sarah, her final was a mess but miss mamas is still lethal
I gotta give it to Kaycee and tori this had much stronger competition unlike the main show and they both made it far
No matter how the other shows end up the international players have played the game before and half of them won. It's a season basically without any rookies, and 20 out of the 30 people have won
