this starting format is so nasty considering they had jenny and brad on location and they could've just made even mtv and spinoff contestants and decide teams from the jump, instead of giving mtvs a free ride to the second round. the format would've only worked well if they had a half-champ and half-"best to never win" cast and had the losers compete in the first round for their champ partner. makes no sense having the winners of the spinoff compete to prove themselves from the jump when there's people from the mtv side that have never won

The MVPs chose by the order they got on the daily. The skipped the male elimination over Nathan having covid. Tristan got last and nobody else chose KellyAnne.
So whoever gets last and goes into elimination gets to pick who they go against, or was that only for the first daily
