If all else fails for the Hollywood males, lumping in Dave and Greg together as a team would be the last resort. Dave could really use that redemption arc for when he quit early in the Island for losing your head over a piece of tail.
Not to sound insensitive especially since the person is still RIP but who here thinks a sober Joey from RW Hollywood might have lasted a bit or more? I think not especially since the booze the dumb *** producers supply them hoping for one to croak down the line but a match between Miz and J to the O to the E would be ratings gold.
Even he and Joey could've been rivals. The Hollywood cast as a whole was underused and the season is underrated.
Greg/Joey could have also worked but interestingly while of course Greg trashed the rest of the roommates, he only said about Joey that he was misunderstood and he was the only true roommate in there.
Zero Lies Detected. Because Sarah and Kim were highkey a mess. Wypipo will always be something else.

At least Kim learned from her mistakes and made peace with Brianna but Sarah lives in her own world where everything that seems different is much like Magneto to the Senator if the human is a God fearing species.
The spies lies and Allies rookies need an invasion of the champions type of season because I actually think it was a good crop just screwed by editing, and the scary vet gameplay.
A Battle of the Exes 3 would definitely need Brad/Tori. VOLCANIC ERUPTION!!! The golden same sex couple is Veronica/Racheĺ.
ngl an Exes theme for All Stars has the potential to be sooo messy. Love the idea.
Thanks. Also would be great to see both ex-couples of RW Vegas 1 just to see if Steven has cooled down and can compete without slapping someone. And to see if Frank is still a master at puzzles with RR Jillian backing him up altogether this would be a stupendous 6 person alliance that might rule the entire game or at least for a certain period.
And as for the whole list of showmances Jodi had over the years, Mark would be the perfect combo. I would have said Robin but AFAIK she ain't doing too good these days. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Speaking of Steven and the Fishbowl interview site *God, those were the days :-)* is it true that after BOTS2 he said he would never compete in any Challenge ever? What a wuss, he and Trishelle would have ate the scenery during their stay.
The most unlikeliest of Rival team would be Ace/Julie which could be attributed by Ace in G2 mission where the teams had to drag a van to a finish line with rope while Ace was in the driver's seat but he forgot to use the clutch and when the Vets lost she was the one most visibly angry about him making them lose.
Battle of the Seasons 2012 is how a normal season of the challenge should be. Fresh faces to carry the next few seasons, shocking returns, shocking debuts, drama filled, and an even cast. Yes, BOTS 2012 may have been one of the weaker cast competitively, but atleast it was anybody's game (atleast prior to it airing/filming). Every winner since Total Madness has been predictable. That's probably why I like Invasion so much cause it followed the same formula of casting.
As far as structure, although it was a dark season, Gauntlet 3 is the way it should be structured, and BOTS 2012 is the way they should cast (as far as everything I said above), or to appease people like KVM who care more for the competition aspect, atleast cast everybody who are somewhat on the same level. There's no reason to cast people like Kaycee with Big T.

Invasion was fine other than the decision to have Champs vs Champs and Challengers vs. Challangers in the eliminations. Then they doubled down on stupid when they didn't put the winner of the first phase into the final automatically. Shane and Amanda should have been in the final (and we all know I hate Amanda) then it should have been Cory vs. Nelson and Nicole vs. Ashley. Only negative thing is that Camila would probably have another title.
But, yes, it was probably the weakest cast ever in regards to competition. Then the "endurance" elimination was a joke the first time it was done.
I love the elimination format for Battle of Seasons 2012. I really wish they incorporated that into these newer seasons - just with better eliminations.
1, brain, 1 brawn, 1 endurance, 1 - something else? and it cycles back around once all four are chosen. I feel like with individuals, it adds a layer of strategy on who to send down when you know what the available eliminations are.
Also if they reworked the trilogy concept and apply it to just casting. Every three seasons, you cast 50%+ newbies and 50%- vets. the subsequent two seasons, you use virtually similar casts with 10/20% newbies get cast so not to have 100% same cast as the previous. This would allow viewers a chance to get to know the newbies. After the 3rd season, reassess the vets and bring in a whole new class of newbies.

Battle of the Seasons 2012 is better than anything made from WOTW 2-SLA
That's probably popular here as people love Seasons for some reason. WOTW2-SLA was pretty bad though.
Maybe the lack of a team of 4 RR vets would have done better than FM.

Esther beats Emy in a regular hall brawl or atleast goes to round 3.
At least Kim learned from her mistakes and made peace with Brianna but Sarah lives in her own world where everything that seems different is much like Magneto to the Senator if the human is a God fearing species.

I was honestly surprised Brianna and Will werent challenge regulars. I guess not unpopular but still an opinion.
Hollywood Sarah would have defitively been the punching bag for JEK in that Challenge in place of Tonya. Even the Veronica/Rachel/Tina mean girls.
Agree with this, I found her pretty likeable was surprised she didn't do more.
There is no winners edit on the challenge and this series produces more villainous winners than heros
Tori is vevmo's favorite now not amber because everywhere I see tori is being talked about but no one cares about amber anymore

It's time to put someone on timeout
Lmaooo
But honestly, just because your posts are a very specific fact about a season from 15 years ago doesn't make it an unpopular opinion
Battle of the Seasons (2012) had one of the best formats.
That might be popular
Battle of the Seasons (2012) had one of the worst casts is my unpopular take lol

This isn't a bad idea at all.
CT is the greatest challenger ever
