they'll probably do it around the same time survivor starts airing, so my guess is either the week after BB finishes or a couple weeks after Survivor starts airing

They brought back Laurel, Jordan, John, Turbo and Kailah this season while trying to bring back Day/Nia. They also made Josh an alternate. Hard to complain as we know Tori, Kaycee, Fessy, etc are the core of the show now.
I think the main problem with casting in the last few seasons Is that production prefers to have people that the audience root against, than people the audience roots for
