Amelle initially quit the group because she accused Keisha of bullying her. Keisha and Heidi performed as a duo for a while until Heidi decided to quit because she was friends with Amelle. The management team didn't want to spend money finding two new members so they fired Keisha and re-formed the group with Heidi, Amelle and a girl who performed on Eurovision named Jade.
