Her boyfriend mentioned since December she has gone from 116lbs to 138lbs. Seems like he is helping her to gain muscles to build strength. I hope this doesn't come at the expense of her losing speed and/or endurance when running. It's literally a key component you have to have when running a final.
I'd rather her gain that much needed extra 20 pounds because she's gonna have a hard time reaching finals bc the target on her back and everyone seems to dislike her so she's going to be thrown in at least 2 eliminations every time. Now she can put up a fight in something physical now.
Point taken. To run a final, you have to get there first. She'll always have a target on her back, so she'll need the extra strength in eliminations. I hope she has done a better job in working on her alliances in-between seasons. She isn't someone well-versed in politics, so she'll have to form strong bonds with those who can help navigate those details.
