The challenge youtube made an entire kaycee's best moments video lol and shockingly it was 45 minutes long so her being named in the article isnt too shocking. Clearly they are pushing this hard to be america's 5th sport all while cutting out all the drama.

That's fine if that's the (misguided) direction they want to take. But it needs to be a 30 minute show for 10 weeks. You can't cast boringass people wanting it to be a competition show that can't carry a 90 minute show for 20 weeks. It just doesn't work as the past two seasons have proven. Especially this day and age when the viewing audience has the attention span of a gnat.
They alt Jenny for being boring (rightfully) but Kaycee is the greatest casting? Lol

I just dont understand why they praise kaycee to the heavens yet sideline amber and act like she doesnt exist when she was the first black person to win the show in like 15 years. Plus even amber's "boring" *** contributes, it was pretty much the amber show in the first half of spies lies and allies. Kaycee brings nothing but they are too lazy to try to find another asian female just like production apparently loves snoozefest nam vo and dont want to branch out and find another asian man.

I just don't see lazy *** DF training this hard for almost 2 months now if they didn't offer him a conditional spot on 38, plus he's been getting close with several of the MTV challenge folks and even Wes has commented on one of his past IG posts which is random. Casting on different continents would be great if they cast the entertaining/loudmouths/ shit starters / game bots / intiminating people from all genders etc and not boring first round layups.

Casting in different countries would work if this show actually work anywhere else other than here. But it has failed in every single country even when they had Tasha in Nigeria. All they are doing is hurting their product for their "cult audience" hence ratings here stay going down too.
In order for this to work outside here they need to adapt this show to another demographic, which they haven't done. What works there doesn't work here and what works here doesn't work there.
Other countries like the violence, drama, and ***. America is one of the few extremely soft PG countries so this boring competition show they created doesn't translate well in the other countries they are trying. It's wild how out of touch these people are.
And that's not the only thing. Im from Spain and some friends were going to watch the show out of curiosity cause Logan was there. They left in episode 2 cause, for understanding dinamics and relationshps, you have to be invested on prior seasons, relationships....
If you want to expand it outside, the WOTW tournament is a great idea, but putting international players randomly is not gonna get engagement.
I also think casting some many international is hurting the ratings because there is a major disconnect between the viewers and those cast members. We don't know them , we don't understand them , and we don't have anything in common with them which make the show unappealing to watch.

This! It's like bringing a show after 20 seasons from another country with an assemble cast & just snooki in the mix thinking we are going to watch because she is on. When we don't know the other people , the format for us would be weird to get into and the translation is horrendous.
Like I wrote before the America version doesn't work in other countries the ratings and engagement of it doesn't lie. In order for this to work they need to adapt the format and cast for that country or region specifically, if not it will end miserably like it has whenever they air our version there & no one watches.
